Where do you ship from?
We ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled from our partnered textile facility and warehouse.
Estimated delivery time:
- USA: 7–15 business days
- Europe/UK: 7–15 business days
- Asia / Australia: 7–20 business days
(Shipping may vary during peak seasons.)
Returns
At Ohara Wares, each piece is woven in small batches. Because of this process, all sales are final. We are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds unless the item arrives defective or there is a shipping issue on our end.

Eligibility for Refunds (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, your item must be:
- unused and unwashed
- in the same condition you received it
- accompanied by photos clearly showing the issue
- supported with proof of purchase
Requests submitted after 15 days cannot be processed.
How to Request a Refund
To begin a refund request, email us at [your support email] with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect or shipping damage
- Proof of purchase
We will review your case and confirm whether it meets our eligibility criteria.
What Happens After Your Refund Is Approved
If your refund request is approved:
- You will receive instructions on where to ship the item (if a return is required).
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size ordered
- failure to read product details
- color variations due to screen differences
- items returned without approval
- used or washed items
- items in good condition with no defect
Since all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects or shipping errors.
Damaged Shipping Cases
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document it immediately and contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund based on the situation.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking link will be emailed to you automatically.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes/cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in production, or in the process of delivery by our fulfilment provider.
How should I care for my throw or tapestry?
- Cold wash on gentle
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Avoid bleach
- Spot clean when possible
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure checkout options. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included at checkout.
